Our Unique Technology

Our patented sensor technology, enables the sensor to determine exactly what fluid is flowing through the pipe at any point, with no other product on the market able to achieve this. This technology enables active control and optimisation meaning our offer, CIPSense, significantly improves operational efficiency, reduces energy intensity & conserves water resources. Current CIP optimisation systems rely on old-generation instrumentation and simple time-based strategies, meaning they are unable to capture the dynamic nature of CIP. As such any potential savings are magnitudes smaller than the dynamic CIPSense solution.

Fluid Fingerprint

Accurately measure concentration, contamination and mixtures of the fluid in the pipe.

Temperature Compensation

Compensate for temperature variations with proprietary algorithms, 10 time more accurate then current algorithms.

Bubble Compensation

Capacitance measurement used to eliminate measurement noise caused by entrained air, giving continuous rich data on the fluid composition.

Stage Detection

Algorithms automatically detect each stage of a CIP process, independent of SCADA/DCS.

Stand-alone Solution

4T2 provide a complete solution which integrates into existing systems. Relationship with global system integrator for roll out.

Cloud Connectivity

Enables remote monitoring and support to drive continuous solution improvement.

Simple and scalable roll out of technology

CIPSense incorporates a sophisticated architecture that utilises patented sensing technology to capture and analyse the electrical characteristics of fluids in the pipe during Clean-In-Place (CIP) processes. This innovative architecture enables real-time monitoring and optimisation, allowing for precise control and efficient utilisation of resources in CIP operations.

The Diagnose Phase

The Diagnose phase includes installation, system localisation (determining sensor locations), and the generation of an ROI report. The Diagnose phase lasts for three months.

The Optimise Phase

The Optimise phase commences after the Diagnose phase, with the initiation of adaptive control. The costs for the optimisation phase are typically self-funded through operational expenditure (OPEX) savings resulting from running the technology. Additionally, the optimisation phase includes extended warranty coverage, ongoing system optimisation, new product tuning, and quarterly savings reports.
